Manpower Group (USA) is assisting a leading corrugated packaging manufacturer in Conover, NC to hire a Manufacturing Associate on a temp-to-hire basis. The role supports the Production Department, operating in a fast-paced environment with a rotating 12-hour schedule on day or night shifts.

Our client, a leading corrugated packaging manufacturer, is seeking Manufacturing Associates to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Manufacturing and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Conover, NC

Pay Range: $16.00/hour Days | $19.00/hour Nights

• Work in a fast-paced corrugated manufacturing environment producing packaging products.
• Inspect, sort, stack, and package finished materials while meeting quality standards.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
