Job summary

PPC Flex in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Machine Operator for 2nd or 3rd shift to produce high-quality packaging products. You will operate, monitor, and adjust equipment, perform setups and changeovers, and document production activities.

• Experience as a machine or equipment operator preferred (we will train the right candidate).

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to produce high-quality products
• Perform setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
• Conduct quality checks and accurately complete production documentation
• Follow all safety, quality and standard work procedures
• Work closely with teammates, maintenance, and supervisors to meet production goals
• Help identify improvements to make processes safer and more efficient
