Job summary

Pretium Packaging is hiring for multiple Machine Operators to join our team in Cleveland. As a Machine Operator you will set up and operate plastic molding machines, monitor performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure quality output.

You will inspect finished products, make adjustments, and follow safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We offer full-time direct-hire with competitive pay and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating plastic molding machines preferred.
• Good understanding of plastic manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Mechanical training and technical training on packaging, plastics and printing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plastic molding machines according to procedures.
• Monitor machines during operation and adjust as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines.
• Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and notify supervisor when replenishment is needed.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Machine Operator

We are hiring for multiple Machine Operators to join our team. As a Machine Operator you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for setting up and operating machines, monitoring their performance, and performing routine maintenance tasks. In addition, you will be required to inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
