Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Machine Operator role located in Chilton, WI. The Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet daily manufacturing schedules and quality standards. Responsibilities include loading materials, performing basic adjustments, using hand tools as needed, and inspecting products for accuracy and defects. The role also involves following safety procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and completing routine equipment checks. The Machine Operator will communicate with supervisors and team members to report issues, support continuous improvement, and help ensure efficient production flow.
