Job summary

Clarios, LLC's Canby, OR facility is hiring a Machine Operator to run automated and semi-automated production lines for automotive batteries. You will make minor equipment adjustments, conduct quality checks, and document production records in a safety-first environment.

The role requires basic computer skills and the ability to work 12-hour shifts, with overtime and weekend hours as needed. Starting pay is $21.50/hr with incentives and wage progression over time.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for long periods.
• Comfortable working up to 12-hour days, including overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to wear required PPE (respirator, coveralls, eyewear, boots, hearing protection).

Responsibilities

• Operate automated and semi-automated production machines to manufacture automotive batteries.
