If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

A leading aerospace company in City of Industry, CA, is currently expanding, and we're looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Machine Operators. In this role, you will assist in manufacturing precision aircraft quality fasteners. We have immediate openings for afternoon shifts.

Salary: $20 - $24 per hour

Shift: Second

Work hours: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM

Education: High School

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing work orders.
• Operating single and/or multi-die headers and related equipment.
• Selecting, mounting, and aligning tooling, attachments, and materials.
• Loading machines with raw materials and monitoring production runs.
• Using measuring devices like comparators, micrometers, and calipers to ensure parts meet precision tolerances.
• Keeping accurate statistical process control (SPC) records.
• Performing minor preventative maintenance on machines.
• Maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Adhering to all safety regulations and housekeeping standards.

Essential functions of this role include:

• Wearing steel toe shoes
• Manual lifting up to 40 lbs
• Standing for 8 hours at a time
• Working up to 5 hours of overtime per week
