We're looking for a Machine Operator in Burnsville, MN to join our team and bring custom electronic designs to life. If you have experience with SMT Machine programming and setup, along with a sharp eye for quality, this is your opportunity to excel in a thriving, tech-focused environment!

Pay: $19+ per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and set up SMT Machines for custom-built orders based on product specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure peak operation and minimal downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints for custom-built circuit boards.
• Work efficiently on assigned workstations, monitoring and tracking the quality of assemblies.
• Inspect, assemble, and touch up components per J-STD-001 standards to meet IPC 610 quality guidelines.
• Maintain and enforce established QMS procedures and documentation to ensure compliance.
• Provide timely, accurate feedback to SMT operators for process improvements and quality adjustments.
• Solder to meet IPC 610 quality standards on components as small as 0201 chip components, using both Tin-lead and Lead-free alloys.
• Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Qualifications:
