Job summary

Recruiting Solutions is seeking Machine Operators with manufacturing experience to join a leading industrial company in Blythewood, SC. The role offers a $17.00/hour pay rate on a temp-to-hire basis with a pay increase upon permanent hire.

The shift is 6:45am-7pm on a 2-2-3 schedule. You will operate and monitor production machinery, read work orders, perform basic setup, inspect parts, and troubleshoot equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of manufacturing or machine operator experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot production equipment and perform basic machine adjustments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds frequently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

(Example: You would work 2 days in a row, have 2 days off, then work 3 days in a row and have 3 days off. Essentially working every other weekend.)

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Technician, CNC Operator, Manufacturing Technician, or Industrial Equipment Operator is strongly preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot production equipment and perform basic machine adjustments.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds frequently throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
