Job Requirements

• Meet shift output goals to ensure a steady supply of product.
• Follow safety protocols for a safe work environment.
• Set up and operate products based on training; address problems appropriately.
• Operate machinery safely and monitor during operation.
• Use overhead cranes and forklifts safely to move products.
• Perform joins in wire products using electric butt-welding machines.
• Generate and attach identification tags to finished products.
• Monitor product quality and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow safety standards.
• Report production data accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and support software.

Position Details

This is a full-time position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

Work environment includes exposure to fumes, noise, and moving mechanical parts.
