Job summary

IML Containers/Labels North America Inc. is seeking a packaging worker to ensure labels are bundled and packaged to protect our finished products. You will inspect ready-to-ship goods and assemble pallets for shipment.

This full-time first shift runs 06:00 to 14:30. You must lift up to 65 lbs, stand for 8 hours, fill out paperwork accurately, and work well in a team. Basic English, attention to detail, and a proactive, autonomous attitude are essential.

The packaging worker ensures that the labels sent to the customer are well bundled and packaged so that the quality of our finished product is not compromised. Performing an inspection of the ready-to-ship goods is also a significant part of the daily duties.

Hours:

1st Shift:

From: 06:00am

To: 02:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify the labels based on company quality expectations
• Perform quality inspections.
• Fill out appropriate paperwork accurately.
• Shrink wrap or band the bundles as needed.
• Package the labels and build ready-to-ship pallets
• Perform all duties associated with the department
• Help in the other packaging department based on production needs.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of English
• Able to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Able to be on your feet for at least 8 hours.
• Proactive, Meticulous, and Autonomous

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $18.50 per hour
