Machine Operator

We are seeking a Machine Operator for a local plastics company, responsible for operating machines to produce high-quality plastic containers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plastics machinery to meet production goals.
• Start up machines from a cold condition, ensuring containers meet quality specifications.
• Clear jams and restart machines as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Preferred Skills:

• 1-2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment (blow mold experience preferred).
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting 50+ lbs.
• Familiarity with basic mechanical terminology and hand tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
