Position Summary for the Production Associates: Production operators are responsible for various production functions such as setting up equipment, loading and unloading materials, operating automated machines, assembling components, and more.

Position Responsibilities:

• Set up machinery for operation
• Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions
• Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisors
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
• Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in the work area

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Ability to work the 3rd shift (starting at 6 pm)
• Concentration and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to follow instructions and production schedules
