The role involves setting up and operating rubber coating machines, inspecting coated products for defects, and maintaining a clean work area in a safety-focused environment.

Qualified applicants will be able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and follow PPE and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Machine Operation: Understanding how to start, stop, and adjust rubber coating machines.
• Quality Control: Inspecting coated products for defects and ensuring they meet specifications.
• Attention to Detail: Spotting inconsistencies or defects in coated products.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Job Title: Machine Operator - Rubber Coatings

Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Pay Range: $17.24 to $17.74

Shifts: 1 st & 3rd
