Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Machine Operator I in Atlanta for 1st shift, Monday–Friday 5:00am to 3:30pm with overtime on weekends. You will learn to operate and monitor high-speed production equipment while supporting quality policies and safety standards.

You will contribute to lean daily management, solve problems with the team, and help drive productivity gains. The role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to company values.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly learn how processing and packaging equipment works.
• Self-motivated team player with ability to communicate and problem-solve.
• Comfort with basic computer functions and ability to quickly learn production software.
• Basic mathematical skills to make production calculations.

Responsibilities

• Learn to safely operate and monitor high-speed production equipment.

Ideal Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to bend, stretch and stand during entire shift.
• Ability to frequently kneel, squat, climb stairs/ladders, bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in a variety of temperature and humidity conditions.

Pay

$20.44 per hour
