Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong math skills.
• Proficient with Excel and SAP.
• Minimum three years manufacturing experience.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge preferred.
• Quality/Sensory training preferred.
• Forklift and handcart certification required.

Responsibilities

• Cover breaks and planned time off as needed.
• Operate multiple packaging lines and molding equipment.
• Identify improvements per KPI’s.
• Enter performance confirmations into SAP.
• Perform machine setup and advanced preventive maintenance with Technicians.
• Oversee product quality checks on assigned positions.
