Beehive Industries, LLC is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician to support CNC machining and AM production equipment at our Knoxville, TN facility. The ideal candidate has a mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with 0–2 years in industrial maintenance and 1–2 years around CNC equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of industrial maintenance or manufacturing experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of hands-on exposure to CNC machining or industrial equipment environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures and regulations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on CNC machines and production support equipment.
• Assist with troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with limited supervision.
• Support repairs, adjustments, and component replacements with senior technicians.
• Help with machine installations, equipment moves, leveling, and startup activities.
• Complete daily, weekly, and scheduled maintenance tasks with growing independence.
• Document work performed in maintenance tickets and update task status.
• Communicate equipment issues and status updates to senior technicians and supervisors.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and correctly.
• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives as directed.
• Assist the maintenance team with general tasks to support production uptime.

The Machine Maintenance Technician works closely with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to support the maintenance, repair, and reliability of CNC machining andAMproduction equipment. This role performs preventative maintenance,assistswith troubleshooting equipment issues, and helpsmaintainfacility and production equipment to maximize uptime. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, foundational troubleshooting skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The hours are Thursday-Sunday 6am-4:30pm.
