You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime. Safety is a priority, and you will keep detailed records of work orders and parts usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus.
• Knowledge of machinery maintenance, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic theory.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals; strong troubleshooting skills.

Position Overview:

The Machine Maintenance Technician is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our bottling machinery. This critical role ensures that our equipment operates at peak efficiency to meet the demand for our premium bottled water.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus
• Knowledge of machinery operations and maintenance procedures. This includes knowledge of mechanical and electrical wire repair, pneumatic and hydraulic theory & procedure
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and handle heavy objects
• Familiarity with safety regulations and a strong commitment to safety protocols

Key Responsibilities:
