Job summary

FOREMAN TOOL & MOLD CORP. is seeking a Maintenance person to join our Saint Charles, IL facility. The role focuses on maintaining manufacturing equipment, performing basic electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting, and assisting with building maintenance.

Pay is based on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7 am to 3:30 pm. Experience in injection molding is a plus but not required. The candidate will work with minimal supervision and may wear multiple hats to keep

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• 40 hr./week with some overtime and weekends if required.
• Required to work without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
• Clean equipment and assist production as required.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Test and observe equipment and machinery using tools such as voltmeters and other testing devices to diagnose malfunctions and make repairs as needed.
• General care for machinery and building.
• Record all maintenance and repair services performed and keep track of all materials and parts used.
• Study manufacturer manuals and blueprints and carefully follow directions.
