Требования

• Python programming skills
• C and C++ programming skills
• Basic understanding of embedded systems
• Basic knowledge of Machine Learning concepts (neural network, training, inference)
• Interested in and curious about model optimizations (PTQ, QAT) for embedded systems and ML/AI
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, Pytorch), runtimes (TFLite, ONNX RT, Executorch) and familiarity with well-established NN architectures (ResNet, Yolo, Vision Transformers).
• Fluency in English written and spoken
• The following are pluses:
• Knowledge of Linux development environment.
• Good knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and operators: CNN, RNN, LSTM, Conv2D, MaxPool, AvgPool, Dense, linear & non-linear activations.
• Familiar with state of the art model optimizations algorithms (Weight Quantization – GPTQ, Outlier Reduction – SmoothQuant, Spinquant; Inference acceleration – Pruning).
• Familiar with evaluation frameworks for Discriminative AI models (especially vision use-cases: classification, object detection, image segmentation) and Generative AI models.

Contract:

1 year contract, with the possibility of part time or full time working.

Compensation:

Besides a good salary, you will receive lunch vouchers and 25 vacation days. We also have flexible work hours and a work from home policy.

Условия:

As a member of our team, you will extend your practical experience on neural network architectures, model inference, optimization and deployment on embedded systems. As part of your daily activities you will create, test and maintain code for deploying neural networks on NXP hardware like microcontrollers (MCU), general purpose microprocessors (MPU) or specialized neural processing unit (NPU) using open source or proprietary software inference frameworks. You will work with and learn from recognized AI/ML technical leaders. You will learn in depth about modern AI/ML Optimization algorithms. You will contribute to the development of the software stack for the integrated and discrete NPUs built inside NXP. One example is eIQ Neutron. More details here and here.

Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks. The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary.
