The digital ads ecosystem is shifting toward privacy‑centric changes. The Privacy‑Preserving Machine Learning team seeks to proactively solve the most important privacy problems for our consumers and advertisers with innovative technologies. This team sits at the center of Signal & Identity, Targeting, Optimization and Measurement teams. We are looking for a candidate passionate about privacy and well versed in digital ads products to help our business revolutionize digital ad products in a more privacy‑centric ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap and success metrics
• Prioritize features with quantitative and qualitative input
• Work with cross‑functional and cross‑organization teams to execute on product roadmap and ship products
• Clearly communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Ultimately, be the product owner, so being flexible and filling gaps where needed is very important

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct Product Management experience with a track record of shipping successful products
• Experience building ML recommendation models
• Deep understanding of ad tech, e.g., targeting, delivery, signal & identity, or measurement space
• Problem‑driven and goal‑driven
• Ability to navigate in an ambiguous situation and figure out the right problems to solve with the right strategy

For Pay Transparency – Compensation Description (annually): The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149,040 - $311,600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
