Job summary

ScriptChain Health, Inc. seeks an autonomous ML engineer to advance deep learning platforms for metabolic syndrome applications. You will develop preventative models using medical data and APIs, leverage GraphRAG and LLMs, and collaborate with a small team to tackle healthcare challenges.

Experience with PyTorch, large datasets, and ideally EHR systems will help you thrive in this role. Master's in CS or Data Science preferred; passion for startups and impactful healthcare is essential.

Qualifications

• GraphRAG and LLM experience required or highly desirable.
• Proficient in Python for building preventative models using medical data and APIs.
• Independent developer who can collaborate in a team and overcome obstacles without micromanagement.
• Experience with healthcare data and EHR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop ML models and data pipelines using PyTorch on healthcare datasets.
• Leverage GraphRAG and large language models to enable advanced clinical insights.
• Collaborate with a small team to deliver scalable AI features for metabolic syndrome applications.
• Translate medical data into robust, privacy-conscious analytic solutions.

We have built an Agentic AI platform to treat Metabolic Syndrome through personalized nutrition and exercise plans.

Responsibilities and skills to have:

• -GraphRAG and LLM experience
• -Neo4j experience preferred but not required
• -Have passion towards solving large problems in the healthcare industry. -- -Proficient in Python where you can build preventative models using medical data and the API's.
• -An independent developer that can work in a team setting and be able to get over obstacles without micro supervision.
• -Have some experience in the healthcare industry by working with EHR systems would be a plus!
