• 5+ years of hands-on ML with production experience in CV and related fields.
• Master's degree required; PhD preferred in CS/ML or related field.
• Experience with MLOps tools and production ML lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Fine-tune and deploy CV and language models at scale.
• Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and vector stores.
• Apply MLOps best practices for training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML into products.
• Optimize models for edge and cloud real-time inference.
