Join us to apply for the Machine Learning Engineer (USA FULLY REMOTE) role at Splunk.

About the Role

As a Machine Learning Engineer in the Artificial Intelligence group, you will develop core AI/ML capabilities to enhance Splunk's product portfolio, enabling our customers' digital resiliency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and contribute to the engineering roadmap.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop AI/ML platform and infrastructure for cybersecurity and observability domains.
  2. Collaborate with software engineers, scientists, and product managers to integrate generative AI solutions.
  3. Stay updated with AI/ML advancements and incorporate them into our technology roadmap.
  4. Participate in strategic discussions regarding AI directions and product development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of experience.
  • Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience deploying models into production environments.
  • Knowledge of version control (Git), CI/CD principles, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow).
  • Experience working with data scientists and DevOps teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
