WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Ingest, structure, and analyze a wide range of unstructured data sources;
2. Design, maintain, and orchestrate data pipelines in an AWS environment for both production processing and training flows;
3. Continuously evaluate, test, and improve the quality, privacy, and performance of our data systems;
4. Contribute across the product — from front-end UX and product design to API/systems architecture and ML processing/training.

MUST HAVE

1. 3+ years of experience ingesting, analyzing, and structuring a wide variety of data sources;
2. Significant experience building and maintaining data pipelines in a production environment;
3. Strong experience with databases/SQL, Python, and pandas (or equivalent);
4. Prior experience working in fast-paced environments and tackling problems across the stack with quick iterations while maintaining a high quality bar;
5. Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning;
6. Familiarity with LLM architectures;
7. Experience in AI/LLM optimization using open frameworks;
8. Upper-Intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

1. Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus;
2. Extensive production experience with AWS, containers, and/or data orchestration tools;
3. MLE experience (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.);
4. Full-stack development experience (especially with JS/TS/Node);
5. Proven experience in similar roles at startups or consultancies.
