Point72's Technology team is shaping the future of investing by building scalable AI/ML architectures and systems. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product teams, and compliance to embed AI/ML solutions into core products.

You’ll evaluate tools and approaches to maximize quality and performance, stay current with AI/ML advances, and ensure adherence to industry standards and ethical practices in all deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 3-7 years of AI/ML engineering experience with proven delivery.
• Proficiency in ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Programming in Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

The annual base salary range for this role is $185,000-$300,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
