Job summary

Point72’s Technology team is seeking an AI/ML engineer to design and maintain scalable AI/ML architectures. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product teams, and compliance to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing and new products.

You will evaluate tools, stay updated on AI/ML advancements, and ensure the highest quality and performance while maintaining ethical standards. This role is based in Seattle with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS, Eng, or related field.
• 3–7 years of AI/ML engineering experience with proven project delivery.
• Strong ML frameworks experience: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

The annual base salary range for this role is $185,000-$300,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
