• Proficient with Matplotlib; NumPy bonus
• Self-direction in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Translate metrics into a single leadership-facing chart used every morning
• Pull Matplotlib stack out of the MI region before migration deadline
• Demonstrate Matplotlib performance wins in MI retention metrics
• Keep A/B Testing dependencies patched before CVEs occur
• Coordinate releases with stakeholders across Lansing, MI and remote teams
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code-review culture
• Lead Data Wrangling design reviews to catch costly mistakes early
• Prototype new multitasking ideas quickly and decide which join the stack
