Job summary

UrbanLogic in the United States is seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to develop and implement ML models and end-to-end pipelines that drive data-driven decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deploy ML solutions that have real business impact.

You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical requirements, perform feature engineering, and monitor model

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in developing machine learning models using Python or R.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling concepts such as regression analysis, clustering techniques, time series forecasting, etc.
• Experience with popular ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with relational databases SQL and programming languages Java/C++ is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for data analysis and prediction.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering and selection to improve model performance.
• Build end-to-end machine learning pipelines for data processing, model training, evaluation, deployment and monitoring.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of existing models by incorporating new techniques or updating existing ones.
• Communicate results and insights from machine learning experiments to stakeholders.
