Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and operate ML models that drive business impact. You will work across the full ML lifecycle—data exploration, feature engineering, model building, deployment, monitoring, and improvement—with emphasis on pair programming and testing.

The role spans entry to senior levels, with opportunities to lead end-to-end ML initiatives, mentor teammates, and influence technical direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years for Entry-Level, 3+ years for mid-level, 3+ years for senior roles in ML.
• Experience deploying and operating ML systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support model development, data exploration, testing, and deployments; pair programming.
• Build and deploy production ML models and own components of ML projects.
• Lead end-to-end ML initiatives, architect pipelines, and mentor juniors.
