About the Role

Trutech are currently working with a well-funded and growing Fintech start-up that are seeking a well versed ML Software Engineer, this is a unique opportunity for you to be a part of rapidly growing fintech foundation team. As an ML Engineer you will play a key role in growing their fintech business through delivering and operating innovative pricing solutions that scale across dozens of their partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing automated, reusable ML training pipelines.
• Build data ETL pipelines that include appropriate feature engineering
• Develop and deploy ML real-time pricing solutions to production.
• Monitor and optimise for low-latency and minimal training/serving skew.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and product stakeholders to define and implement relevant solutions.

Key Skills

• You should have strong programming skills in Python, Scala, and SQL, with a track record of building robust and maintainable code.
• Deep knowledge of ML algorithms and tools, including libraries and frameworks like pandas, scikit-learn, Flyte, TensorFlow.
• Familiar with data modeling, software architecture, and distributed data processing platforms (e.g., Spark, Kafka, or similar).
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and data quality.
