Qualifications

• Familiarity with Palantir Gotham, Foundry, and Metropolis.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, and C++.
• Experience in Palantir software development and AI.
• Experience designing ML infrastructure for training/deploying large language models.
• Knowledge of Agile development using Scrum.
• On-site availability in El Paso, TX.

This onsite role focuses on building and operating data-driven software and implementing AI/ML models in a Command and Control (C2) environment, with expectations around development, testing, monitoring, and analysis of machine learning outputs. Candidates must hold an appropriate clearance level to be considered.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain data-driven software solutions that address business needs
• Build, test, and deploy AI/ML models and tools to improve business processes
• Keep pace with AI/ML industry trends to identify technical resources for developing and enhancing efficient data systems
• Support implementation, testing, and monitoring of data processing pipelines and AI/ML learning products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Analyze and interpret data to derive insights using C2 and AI/ML tools
• Maintain data quality and integrity from development through execution
• Complete additional tasks that align with the general framework of Data Engineering and Data Science qualifications as they arise

Required qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance or higher; candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master’s degree desired). Additional related work experience may be used in place of a degree
• 3+ years of experience developing software
• 2+ years of experience developing and implementing AI models using machine learning algorithms
• Familiarity with Palantir software, including Palantir Gotham, Palantir Foundry, and Palantir Metropolis
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, and C++
• Proven experience in Palantir software development and Artificial Intelligence
• Experience designing and implementing Machine Learning infrastructure to train and deploy large language models
• Knowledge of Agile software development using Scrum
• Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools
• Proficiency with one or more major deep learning frameworks
• On-site availability in El Paso, TX
