About The Role

We seek an Early Career Professional (ECP) for a 12-week program (July 7–Sept 26, 2025). You will work on NLP and LLM projects, contributing across the ML lifecycle from research to deployment. Outstanding performance may lead to a full-time offer.

What You’ll Love
  • Using NLP to improve recommendations and personalization
  • Working with tools like OpenAI APIs, JupyterHub, Airflow, Hive, DataDog
  • Learning to deploy models in production with guidance from experienced engineers
What We’re Looking For
  • Early-career professional or final-year student in CS, stats, math, physics, etc.
  • Familiar with NLP topics (e.g., topic modeling, summarization, QA) and evaluation methods
  • Experience building embeddings from text data
  • Applying prompt engineering techniques like RAG with LLMs
  • Knowledge of fine-tuning LLMs with PyTorch or HuggingFace (e.g., LoRA, continued pretraining, distillation)
  • Dataset curation and clear reporting of model performance
  • Clear communication, adaptability, curiosity, collaboration, and multi-task management
