Position

We are currently looking for a Finishing Machine Operator (for multiple shifts) to join our team. This critical role is responsible for completing the final stages of manufacturing or production by applying the last layer of treatment, coating, or adjustment to a product. The role ensures the finished item meets quality standards, durability requirements, and aesthetic specifications.

Responsibilities

• Continuously check for print and seam quality.
• Remove defective material and splice the roll web back together per the specification.
• Utilize a ruler, safety knife, and hole punch during the splicing procedure (tools are used at other times as necessary).
• Handle rolls and palletize them accordingly to avoid damage.
• Understand basic printing and seam related defects.
• Record and enter data on designated paperwork and in the company operation system (Globetek).
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to perform these operations using units of American money, weight, volume, and distance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience or in‑depth knowledge of lithographic, flexographic, or digital printing preferred.
• Physical demands: standing, using hands, reaching with arms, talking, and hearing. Requires frequent walking and occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Continuous eye concentration required.
