Zusammenfassung

Johanson Technology Inc. is seeking a Drill/Router Operator to follow established procedures and operate drilling/cutting machinery in line with safety and quality standards.

You will perform basic troubleshooting, document production activity, and assist with spare parts and equipment maintenance. The role offers daytime or night shifts (7:00 am–3:30 pm or 11:15 pm–7:15 am) with a $1 shift differential for 3rd shift.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ months manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Basic computer skills.
• Math skills in Algebra and Geometry.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Programming, Set-up and Operation of Drill/Router machine (EVO).
• Troubleshoot drill machine(s) and process related issues.
• Measurements of parts using caliper, micrometer, XYZ table and etc.
• Inspection of parts using Microscope and other optical inspection tools and verify they meet specifications.
• Operate the Cutting machinery according to specifications.
• Perform bar counting and visual inspections.
• Research, order and prepare spare parts for all drill machine(s) as needed.
• Maintain equipment and machinery clean.
• Complete documentation and records.
• Work area is to be kept clean and neat at all times

Johanson Technology Inc. (JTI) is looking for a Drill/Router Operator, will be responsible for following established procedures operating the Drilling/Cutting machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, will perform basic trouble shooting and accurately document production activities

Hourly Rate (Non-Exempt): $20.00 - $23.00/per hour (DOE)

Work Schedule (Monday-Friday) 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. or 11:15 p.m. - 7:15 a.m

*Shift Differential for 3rd Shift: $1.00

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Six (6+) months of experience in manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Basic computer skills
• Math skills in Algebra and Geometry
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Education and Experience

• Previous hands-on experience with electrical/mechanical tools and test equipment
• At least 3+ years' experience in programming, maintaining, troubleshooting, set-up and operation of drilling machines (Excellon and EVO/Pluritec).
• Previous experience in an electronic component manufacturing environment
