Job summary

M&R Printing is seeking a Mechanical Engineer I, II, or III for onsite work in Roselle, IL. You will design advanced machinery for textile, digital, and screen-printing applications, and lead projects from concept through production launch.

The role emphasizes automation, collaboration across engineering and manufacturing teams, and hands-on support in a fast-paced environment. We value proactive problem-solvers with strong CAD skills and a passion for manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field required.
• 0–3 years experience for Level I; 3–5 years for Level II; 5–8+ years for Level III.

Responsibilities

• Develop documentation for textile, screen, and digital printing equipment.
• Perform mechanical design analysis for performance and durability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define machine requirements.
• Create and maintain drawings, BOMs, and ECNs.
• Support prototyping, manufacturing, and assembly processes.
• Provide CAD-based technical support to manufacturing teams.
