Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle according to Safety and Life Critical Rules, OSHA, DOT, and all applicable laws.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and document checks using DVIR.
• Report unsafe situations or issues immediately to management.
• Attend and participate in training, briefings, and meetings as required.
• Collaborate with dispatch to improve routes and practices.
• Notify management of incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
• Communicate service interruptions and customer requests effectively.
• Follow route assignments and complete all required documentation.
• Assist with hauling, towing, loading/unloading equipment, and securing loads.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, promoting company values.

Qualifications

• Preferred: 1+ years of driving and heavy haul experience.
• Must have a Class A CDL and a valid medical card.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and handle chains, binders, and straps under adverse conditions.
• Capable of working in adverse weather and under pressure.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, perform heavy lifting, and work on uneven surfaces.
