Strong mechanical, math, and communication skills are required. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Operate machine and perform adjustments to maintain quality and production.
• Follow work orders and use basic hand tools to load in-process work.
• Set controls and load instructions; check and adjust speed, feed, tension.
• Measure and weigh finished product; package and label outputs.
• Monitor product quality; pull samples per standards.
• Maintain production logs and report defects or issues.
• Record production data and escalate faults.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE; maintain housekeeping.
