Qualifications

• 2-5 years building machines in automotive or similar environment.
• Proven experience in safety operating various machining tools.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical assembly of components and assemblies of ultrasonic punching/welding machines.
• Machining of parts using mills, lathe, saw, welders, etc.
• Pneumatic plumbing to print.
• Adjust feed units, punches and sliders.
• Welding feasibility and testing.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and pneumatics.
• Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams and technical orders to determine method and sequence of assembly.
