Qualifications

• Two years of job-related experience or skilled trades certification.
• Experience with large assemblies and industrial machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with metric and inch systems.
• Basic electrical knowledge and computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety standards (OSHA, MIOSHA) and company rules.
• Build and manufacture blow molding machines and sub-assemblies.
• Perform maintenance and repair of building/equipped assets.
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineering, and production staff to solve issues.
• Operate power equipment and material handling equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and create sketches of parts to be manufactured.
• Submit daily time accounting and payroll information.
