Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move 20–30 lb materials regularly.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in structured apprenticeship training.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automation equipment and components per blueprints.
• Review instructions and plan tasks.
• Inspect components for quality and measurement accuracy.
• Align and assemble components for reliable performance.
• Set guides, stops, sensors, and perform adjustments.
• Cut, drill, and prep materials; light machining and welding.
• Learn and master new skills as introduced in the Apprentice Program.
• Maintain a notebook of skills learned for future reference.
• Build shipping skids/crates and pack machines for global shipment.
• Report faulty equipment or materials to keep safety and schedule on track.
