Job summary

Portco Packaging seeks a Machine Assistant to support the operator in delivering high-quality packaging products. This on-site role emphasizes hands-on training, teamwork, and reliable performance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Woodland, WA.

You will participate in changeovers, help maintain records, and contribute to a culture of safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement. No prior manufacturing experience is required as training is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operator to ensure highest quality packaging.
• Assist with changeovers during production runs.
• Collect and stage production supplies in the warehouse.
• Perform quality control checks and document results.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Collaborate effectively in a production/manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrate accuracy in tasks and data.
• Communicate clearly with team and supervisors to resolve issues.
