Job summary

Pratt Lewisburg Container is seeking an operator to run rotary die cutters, folder gluers, and flexo presses. You will set up, operate, and clean equipment while recommending process improvements to optimize quality and efficiency.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to read measurements, and a willingness to cross-train on multiple machines. This is a hands-on manufacturing position with safety and housekeeping emphasis.

Qualifications

• Able to read and follow factory instructions and masters.
• Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations (percentages, measurements, volume).

Responsibilities

• Monitor box quality for liner, warp, size, and print.
• Maximize equipment utilization by operating at capacity and speed.
• Cross train on other machines.
• Complete Production Data, Machine Status, Safety Data, and Quality Data reports.
• Submit maintenance work orders and support proactive upkeep.
• Adhere to the production schedule and suggest improvements.
• Comply with safety and housekeeping policies.
• Additional duties may be assigned by management.
