Are you ready for new challenges?This position of a Machine Assembler is responsible for assembling TRUMPF products in accordance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and established manufacturing procedures. ### Duties and Responsibilities* Assemble mechanical components and complete machines using engineering drawings, bills of materials, blueprints, and hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic schematics.* Use precision measuring and assembly tools—including torque wrenches, depth gauges, dial indicators, and digital levels—to meet required tolerances.* Select and properly use fixtures and other equipment to support efficient, accurate assembly.* Operate an overhead crane to safely move heavy components during assembly.* Follow TRUMPF quality standards and inspection requirements.* Read, convert, and measure accurately using both imperial and metric systems.* Work collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues to achieve team and production goals.* Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with TRUMPF lean manufacturing principles.* Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.* Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and providing constructive feedback. ### Qualifications and Experience* Minimum of two years of experience in assembly, or five years of experience in manufacturing machine-tool parts, maintenance, or service.* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance and perform repetitive reaching, bending, and other physical tasks.* Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, engineering drawings, part lists, and schematics.* Experience using precision measuring and assembly tools.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.* Familiarity with electrical wiring assembly is a plus.* Basic computer literacy is preferred.* Forklift certification or experience is a plus.TRUMPF Inc. endeavors to make TRUMPF careers pages accessible to any and all users.
