Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build, wire, and assemble custom automated assembly machinery from prints and schematics.
• Interpret 2D and 3D engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, and pneumatic schematics.
• Perform mechanical assembly including fabrication, light machining, drilling, fitting, and alignment.
• Install and troubleshoot pneumatic systems and basic electrical components.
• Modify machinery components as needed during builds and testing.
• Provide input on equipment design, safety, and build improvements.
• Own portions of machine builds from sub-assembly through final integration.
• Ensure builds meet safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and other technicians to resolve design or fit issues.
