Job Description

MacBook Project Refresh Technician - Part-Time

• 3 days per week M-W-F schedule.
• 4-6 months
  
  

Scope

• The technician will schedule appointments with end users to come onsite and swap their old MAC laptops for a new MAC machine.
• They are using a Zero Touch refresh tool which is very easy for the Techs to use to issue the new machines and get the users onto the network. They may need to help end users with securing their old data from prior device.
• Some Users will be 100% remote so this resource will need to coordinate shipping new machine and receiving old machines back to main office. If there are any slow days because they are short on new machines to issue they would like this resource to help out with other general IT support duties.
