Qualifications

• Must have the physical agility to work in a squatted or stooped position for eight hours.
• Ability to distinguish nuts from rocks with good eyesight.
• Adequate finger dexterity to grasp nuts ¾ to 1½ inches in diameter.
• Able to work outdoors in variable weather conditions (55–90°F).
• Must be able to lift at least 35 pounds and walk on rocky ground.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Will complete a 30-day probation period.

Responsibilities

• Harvest nuts from the ground and collect them in 35-pound bags.
• Fill bags to proper level with acceptable kernel and exclude rocks and debris.
• Maintain daily production records with numbered tags.
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures.
• Regular attendance is required.
