Job Description

We seek a dynamic and inspiring Store Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Associates to meet sales, customer service, and operational goals. Candidates should have proven leadership, coaching, and business management skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to act as the CEO of your store—creating and executing strategic business plans to attract and retain customers through targeted marketing, in-store events, excellent customer relationships, and leading a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management or assistant management experience, preferably in cosmetics
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Experience in business planning, including setting sales and service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
• Experience in retail operations, including inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
• Track record of leading teams to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Experience in creating and executing in-store events
• Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and during special events
• Experience with retail POS software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must provide proof of right to work in the country upon interview invitation

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated hourly wage range is $25.91 to $48.13. Exact pay depends on experience, skills, education, and location. The role may include bonuses based on performance. Benefits include health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, paid leave, holidays, and more.
