Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in the United States is seeking a dynamic Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, service and operational targets.

You will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management and leadership of a high performing team.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience; cosmetics preferred.
