Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Associates. The goal is to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. Candidates should have proven leadership, coaching, and business management skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to act as the Chief Executive Officer of your store. You will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan focused on recruiting and retaining customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and excellent customer relationship management. Leading a high-performing team is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Experience in business planning, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
• Experience in retail operations, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
• Track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Experience in creating and executing in-store events
• Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and during special events
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
