Hudson is seeking a MAC Beauty Artist in Houston to inspire customers with expert MAC beauty guidance and exceptional shopping experiences. You will leverage product knowledge to tailor recommendations and deliver enthusiastic service while maintaining visual standards.

Flexibility to work 35–40 hours weekly, including weekends and holidays, is required. The role offers on-site work with full-time hours and benefits as described in company materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree a plus.
• Experience in the cosmetic field, sales and application.
• 1–2 years in a service-oriented environment.
• Thrives in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent customer service, communication and organization.
• Availability to work 35–40 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.
• Unpacking/packing materials when restocking.
• Moving and setting up displays and event materials.
• Ability to stand for almost 8 hours at the counter.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on MAC Beauty products and other store items.
• Provide expert product recommendations tailored to customers.
• Deliver timely, welcoming and professional service at all times.
• Communicate effectively with customers, teammates and management.
• Demonstrate makeup tutorials and share expert knowledge.
• Maintain high visual standards for displays, signage and promos.
• Operate POS systems, cash and card transactions.
• Collaborate to keep displays fresh and restock products.
• Participate in training and education sessions.
• Engage in store events and product launches.
• Assist with inventory preparation and accuracy.
